Routing DPS Lines
Ensure that Power and Ground lines are laid out one
directly above the other.
Wire width = 3 A/mm

Sense lines must be positioned close together and parallel
to each other to avoid induction of interference. Further-
more, Sense/Force connections must be positioned as
close as possible to the DUT. Failure to observe this rule
will cause you to include the potential difference devel-
oped across the track between the DUT pin and the sense
point in your measurement.
