When K1 and K3 are closed and K2 is open, the signal from
the Aout pin can be measured by the high speed digitizer.
When K1, K2, K4, and K5 are closed and K3 is open, the
signal from the Aout pin can be measured by the high reso-
lution digitizer. Use of the loop back route can make the
measurement performance better than when user relays
are used on the DUT board for changing the high speed
digitizer and high resolution digitizer.
