7 Analog Modules
Testing of mixed-signal devices requires analog resources
for applying highly accurate analog signals to devices and
capturing analog signals output from devices. Further, the
analog resources are required to operate with digital
signals synchronously.
The following kinds of analog modules are available for
Agilent 93000 SOC Series testers:
• Arbitrary Waveform Generators (AWG)
• Waveform Digitizers (WD)
•Sampler
• Time Interval Analyzer (TIA)
