Tester Electronics
The complete tester electronics for up to 512 DUT pins
(512 pins testhead) or up to 1024 pins (1024 pins
testhead) resides in the testhead of the SOC Series test
system.
The testhead is divided into cardcages. A 512 pins
testhead consists of four 128 pins modules, a 1024 pins
testhead consists of eight 128 pins modules. The cardcage
of each module can be equipped with channel electronics,
power supply, and control boards for up to 128 DUT pins.
